There’s
been a huge debate about legalizing marijuana throughout the U.S. whether if it
will be dangerous or not. But let’s put that aside and discuss how it will
affect the economy. Over all from littler studies it shows that it would have a
significant impact all over. “Legalizing marijuana on the federal level could
result in an additional $105.6 billion between 2017 and 2025” which is huge
(forbes.com). The Taxes alone from it could decrease taxes for local homes
nearby the businesses. It would also “add 654,000 jobs and up to 1 million jobs
by 2025” and even increases housing values.
