USA is Predicted to Become World's Top Oil Producer

The pioneer of natural resources manager Scott Sheffield told CNNMoney "he expects US production to surpass 11 million barrels a day within the next three to four months." The US is pumping out 10.3 million barrels per day right now, and based on Scott's predictions, we could hit 15 million barrels per day within the next seven to eight years. That is an astronomical amount compared to Saudi Arabia's 10.1 million, which we surpassed in February of this year. Sheffield also stated in the article that "a sweet spot for oil prices would be around $60 to $80 per barrel. Higher than that would cause real pain for consumers, especially US drivers."
