California was always known as having a drought. Many parts of California are cover with more salt water than fresh water. It is said that " For now the purified water doesn't go into customers tap. Instead, its injected into the ground to act as a kind barrier between seawater and fresh groundwater". They compare on how if Texas can use toilet water to tap, then why can't California try and do the same. There are many water wars, with the use of the money they can make water better for those in the States that have droughts like California even though they go through hardships like tornado's cutting out their water supply.
