Something you would not expect at all, has become your worst night mare. Studies have shown that "lies and fake news spread
faster and penetrate deeper than the truth on social media".
Researchers analyzed and went through over 10 years worth of twitter
history of at least 126,000 stories. Surprisingly, the amount of times
fake news was retweeted was higher than the amount of times actual real
news was retweeted on twitter. Some people might think that this fake
news has become so widespread "because 'humans, not robots, are more likely to spread it.'" Can we trust our news sources... or even ourselves?
