Apple announced that they are teaming up with Sesame Workshop to develop new children's programming. According to CNN, the deal will include a "live-action series, an animated series and a puppet show." Apple has not released just how much this deal will cost, but this is not the only big deal Apple has made in recent weeks. They made a multiyear deal with Oprah Winfrey just last week, that includes new original programs. Although, there is no word yet whether Oprah herself will be in any of the programs. The sad news is that the iconic children's show 'Sesame Street' will not be apart of this new children's programming. The show will continue to air on HBO and PBS for the next five years, due to the deal they struck in 2015. [1 image, 1 link, 1 quote, 134 words]
