Another pre-mature death 

A controversial topic in today’s society is over police brutality and whether some cases take it too far or not far enough. A seventeen-year-old was shot while running away from a cop with an empty handgun clip. “The car Rose was a passenger in had been linked to an earlier drive-by shooting about 13 minutes earlier.” Rose ran away from the cop and was resisting arrest which raised alarm for the officer. “Stephen Zappala Jr, the Allegheny County district attorney, confirmed to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that Rose was not armed at the time of the fatal shooting but he was carrying an empty handgun clip.”
