As time passes, we recognize that there are people who devote their lives to their job. A lot of the jobs are as simple as reporting on a game. But there are assignments that reporters choose to do that can possibly put their lives in jeopardy. One of these examples is a journalist named James Foley. James Foley was a journalist that was kidnapped in 2012 by the Islamic State. A 40 year old journalist, was imprisoned as his family pleads for him to be released. Unfortunately, that never happened. In a video that was posted on YouTube, the imprisoned journalist was tragically and gruesomely beheaded. Before his sad and tragic death, he wrote to his family that he need them to “Stay strong, because I am going to need your help to reclaim my life.”
