Trump Recognizes Fake News
In Fox News's article, "Trump blasts 'Fake News Media' for G7 reporting, posts photos of smiling at summit" President Donald J. Trump publicly speaks about how fake news twists events to seem different from how they really were. The article includes one of his tweets that states, "I have a great relationship with Angela Merkel of Germany, but the Fake News Media only shows the bad photos (implying anger) of negotiating an agreement - where I am asking for things that no other American President would ask for!" He recognized that photos were taken at inopportune moments to make the negotiating of the G7 summit in Canada seem more tense and hostile than it actually was. Fake news circulates quickly and some people believe it causing confusion over certain events.
