Malesia is going to make the punishment for the people who make the fake news. Harriet Agerholm stated that the punishment is” against those who create, offer, circulate, print or publish fake news with a 10-year jail term and a fine of up to 500,000 ringgits (£90,000) or both”.link Critics disagreed with this law, and they say government makes this punishment because they scared that fake news is going to ruin their elections.in my opinion is good to have punishment laws in order to reduce spreading fake news which can be harmful.
