Over the last week or so, many companies like Urban Outfitter,
Lululemon, and Amazon have gone to social media posting about new jobs for
models, stylists and others, saying that they could earn up to $22/hour, and
also receive free clothing and gifts for their work. After the companies got
word of the fake news, each came out and apologized to those who applied
thinking that they were serious. People had no idea that something so serious
as a job application could ever be considered fake news. This was even a shock
to me. I saw many of my friends catch wind and even apply. When is enough fake
news going to be enough?
