Melania Trump is in the spotlight once again as she wore a jacket with the words “I really don’t care, do u?” written on the back. She wore the jacket while visiting migrant children in Texas. Julia Manchester reported on this story on The Hill stating that, “Critics were quick to attack the first lady's fashion choice, calling it insensitive.” (Manchester). Many believed that the jacket was in regards to her visit as she wore it before and after. President Trump however tweeted, ““I REALLY DON’T CARE, DO U?” written on the back of Melania’s jacket, refers to the Fake News Media. Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares!” It is no secret that President Trump hates fake news, so for them this jacket was appropriate in regards to the media.
