Algeria Solves High School Cheating Problem?


"Securing the  High School exam is important , Our commitment to the princibple of fainess and the principle of equal opportunity led up to take all kinds of messures and they include cutting off internet" said the Algerian education minister Nouria Benghabrit. When students are taking annual baccalaureate exams, internet will be shut down nationwide for an hour to prevent exam question from being passed around on social media before or after exams. This came after a scandal in 2016 when the exams were posted all over the internet and the government face scrutiny. This also the case is another countries like Euthopia, India and Iraq.
