Why Does Everyone Have to Tell me About Their Sex Life?

"The problem about asking someone questions regarding their sexuality is the fact that so often, these questions come off as condescending and intrusive. Most of the time these questions are purely out of curiosity and in no manner meant to be rude, but because sexuality is a topic people are reluctant to talk about, it’s somewhat violating to be bombarded with questions such as “do you like girls or boys?” and “who have you come out to?” It isn’t your right to know my sexuality, just like it isn’t your right to know my mother’s maiden name."-Affinity 2016
I am a short, fat, balding, white male who loves women. My heterosexuality  is common in today's world. Thus, I do not go around telling everyone I come into contact with that I am straight. Guys/gals, I thought that one's sexual preferences were their business and that the days of sexual apartheid were over. Are we not enlightened? Then, for the love of all that is good, will everyone stop talking about sex. You like dudes. I do not care. You are bisexual, pansexual, any sexual. I still do not care. We, as a society, are supposed to have come out of the Dark Ages. Why does every celebrity have to tell me where it goes? Why do people think anyone really gives a shit ? Gay or straight does not make you a decent human being. What color you are does not make you a martyr. Individuals need to be judged on their own merits and not hide behind tribal identities. Your life is your life. Peace be with you. If enough human beings stick together to get rid of all the bigoted aholes, all we are left with is human beings. This is not "Don't Ask Don't Tell". This is we need to come together as one or we will destroy ourselves. The human body is comprised of atoms that have 99.9 % empty space. If the space was taken out, we are but a grain of sand. Nothing but energy, my friends. Do not sweat the small stuff.
