Tipping Servers

Tipping is always necessary even if you don't have much. The made a new law protecting servers, from their management from collecting their tip money at the end of the night. It applies to some but not all states. This means that the states that it's not applied to they would have to share the tip with the back of the house staff. Which I don't think is fair. It is to believe that it can reduce sexual harassment if they have a tip pool. " When the front of the house and back of the house workers share in the tip pool, there is less tolerance for sexual harassment". They much rather make it fair for the back and front house staff, due to sometimes the front servers coming home with much more money, then rather the back just making the amount they are getting paid being on the clock, nothing additional.
