President Trump signs executive order

"It's about keeping families together while ensuring we have a powerful border," Trump said after he signed an executive order on Wednesday which ended separation of illegal immigrant families. The order does not stop detention of children who enter illegally but will keep them with their parents and avoid separation. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif said in an statement, "Instead of protecting traumatized children, the president has directed his attorney general to pave the way for the long-term incarceration of families in prison-like conditions." That all ends with the executive order but President hasn't changed his zero tolerance on illegal immigration.
