Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle while a royal, would not have been able to attend the Royal Enclosure back in 1955. Surprisingly it wouldn't have been because of her past as a star, but because she is considered a “divorcee’. Before she married her current husband Prince Harry, she was briefly married to a film producer which would have affected her chance of being apart of the Royal grounds if she became a royal sixty-three years ago. “No divorced people were allowed in”, Washington Post stated. According to past tales, the Queen was the reason the rule to “no divorced guests allowed” ended. The event supposedly would allow “high-class convicted criminals” before they would even consider inviting “divorcees” to the exclusive event.
