Coffee No Longer Deemed Cancerous

In Fox News's article, "California moves to declare coffee safe from cancer risk" California health officials declare coffee to be safe from carcinogens. Coffee was deemed to contain a carcinogen called acrylamide which must have a warning label. This shook up some Californians and many felt they should not consume coffee at all. Starbucks was sued for not having a warning label for their coffee beans and even went as far as to launch blonde espresso to boost their declining coffee sales. Drinking coffee has not been proven to cause cancer. One person even said, "the proposed regulation would state that drinking coffee does not pose a significant cancer risk."
